Accessing the Affiliate Portal

Learn how to troubleshoot the Affiliate Portal access issues.

Issue

I am unable to log in or access the Affiliate Portal.

Solution

Try the following:

  1. Verify that you're using the correct username and password. If you've forgotten your credentials, use the Forgot Password? Reset option.

  1. If you didn't receive your confirmation email, select Didn't receive confirmation instructions? Click here to resend it.
  2. Ensure that your account profile is approved and not Suspended. If the issue persists, contact CommPeak support for assistance.
