Possible Causes and Solutions
After submitting your application to become a CommPeak Affiliate, your account is not activated.
Reason 1. Failed Email Verification
Double-check that the username and password are entered correctly, paying attention to case sensitivity. After ensuring that you've completed the email verification process, check your inbox folder for the verification email.
Check the spam folder for the verification email.
If you get the code, but it’s not working when entered:
- Clear the browser cache and restart it.
- Resend the code.
If the issue persists, contact CommPeak support for assistance.
Reason 2. Pending Account Approval
NOTE
Before you can start earning with the CommPeak Affiliate Program, your account requires profile approval.
