As we are introducing the new CommPeak Dialer Agent Workspace, our Documentation and Developer Hub now includes a comprehensive set of new instructional resources.

Security and CommPeak Portal Account Management Updates
We have updated the following pages to reflect the recent redesign applied to CommPeak Accounts management.
Also, to increase account security, the below management areas now require password confirmation for all modifications:
