What's New?
CommPeak Portal
Updated Dashboard documentation
The following articles have been rewritten to reflect the redesigned CommPeak Portal dashboard that got a new layout and fresh elements such as an adjustable date range, a dynamic spending overview split by termination and dialer cost, and more:
- CommPeak Portal Dashboard
- Monitoring Your Spending from the Dashboard
- Adding Credit to Your Account.
NOTEAccount data and settings are unchanged. The update affects the Dashboard layout only.
CommPeak Dialer
Inbox Messages in the Agent Workspace
Agent Workspace now includes an integrated Messaging Inbox alongside the existing Comments module, letting agents switch between internal comments and CommPeak Dialer Messaging Inbox messages without leaving the workspace. The below documentation has been updated:
- Leaving Comments: rewritten to introduce the new Message tab and show how to switch between comment/message types.
- Making Calls: now includes an animated walkthrough for customizing the workspace layout.

Documentation Enhancements
CommPeak Dialer and Cloud PBX
New Realtime page states documented
The Realtime pages for both products have been updated to list and describe all available agent and call states. Check the States sections that have been rewritten with reference tables covering each state for:
Trust Device: bypass 2FA for 30 days
You can now mark a device as trusted and skip the 2FA step for 30 days. Trusted devices can be viewed and revoked at any time from the user profile. Documentation has been updated to include the note on the flow and trusted device management across both products:
To complement the docs, the following pages were updated to inform you that a new section, Trusted Devices, was added to both products' User Profiles.
And, finally, the below pages were updated to include details about revoking trusted devices.
New "Destination country" column in CDR reports
Both products' Call Records List Report pages now document the new optional Destination country column, which can be added to the records table to display the destination country for each call:
CommPeak Portal: Updated VoIP Services documentation
The following CommPeak Portal VoIP Services and DIDs pages have been updated with new details ans screenshots to announce the updated portal layout for:
