Click2Call

Click2Call will initiate a call to the agent's extension. After the agent answers, we will initiate a call to your destination according to your outbound routing setups.

Path Parameters

• c2c_id (string): The unique identifier for your c2c setup.

• leg_a (string): Agent extension (caller)

• leg_b (string): Destination’s phone number (callee)

• route_number (string): Outbound calls prefix (default prefix is ‘00’). For example: *01

*This prefix must match the existing prefix configured at the dial pattern on the Manual Dialing Routes
