What's New?
CommPeak Portal
A fuller DID verification walkthrough
The DID Verification: How to Verify Your External Caller IDs page now follows the verification call all the way through: placing it with Make the Call, entering the code the system reads out one digit per box, confirming with Finish verification, and the SMS that tells you the number is authorized.

TextPeak
New Inbox documentation for TextPeak v1.1.1
TextPeak v1.1.1 decides which agent a conversation reaches, and when. Managers can see who is available, hand conversations out automatically instead of by hand, cap how much any one agent carries, and let quiet conversations close themselves. Agents can park a conversation without closing it, and flag one as urgent.
- Agent Presence: turn presence on, set the automatic away and offline timers, and manage agent statuses from the Users and Teams pages.
- Assignment: compare the three assignment methods and set capacity, reassignment, and snooze-wake behavior for each team.
- Snoozed Conversations: snooze a conversation, find your snoozed conversations, and wake one early.
The Inbox settings section, refreshed
Every page under Manager's Guide: Inbox Settings has been rewritten and recaptured, and the hub itself now follows the product's own grouping.
- Manager's Guide: Inbox Settings: reordered to match the product, with the new Assignment card.
- General Settings: agent presence and automatic closing documented for the first time.
- Users: the new Status column, and how to change an agent's status.
- Teams: the Agents tab status column explained, and a pointer to where per-team assignment is configured.
- Sender Profiles, Incoming Routing, Conversation Goals, Auto Replies, Tags, Canned Responses, and Working Hours: refreshed throughout, with new screenshots.
Also updated
- Inbox.
- Agent's Guide: Managing Conversations: flagging a conversation as a priority, the new Snoozed status and sidebar view, and setting your own agent status.

Campaign rules, explained properly
Campaign rules had one section inside Campaigns Management and a lot of unwritten behavior around it. They now have a guide of their own.
Campaign Rules covers the IF/THEN logic that decides what happens to a lead after every call: the two engines that run rules, the lead lifecycle, lead weight and the New, Online, and Regular bands, and the anatomy of a single rule.
Data Points is the companion: what a report data point is and is not, where you set one up, and how a rule reads and writes one to remember something about a lead across calls. It ends on a worked example that caps how many voicemails a lead can receive.
Campaigns Management now points at both.
CommPeak Dialer and Cloud PBX
Messaging Inbox documented for both platforms
The Messaging Inbox is available from CommPeak Dialer and Cloud PBX as well as TextPeak, and both guides have been brought up to date.
- Messaging Inbox for CommPeak Dialer: a full agent's guide covering permissions, new conversations, WhatsApp templates, the conversation timeline, and the AI assistants.
- Messaging Inbox (PBX) for Cloud PBX: refreshed for the first time since January.
