Click2Call
The Click2Call API allows agents to initiate a call from a third party application such as a CRM to the agent's extension. After the agent answers, we will initiate a call to your destination according to your outbound routing setups.
Path Parameters
c2c_id
(string): The unique identifier for your c2c setup.
leg_a
(string): Agent extension (caller)
leg_b
(string): Destination’s phone number (callee)
route_number
(string): Outbound calls prefix (default prefix is ‘00’). For example: *01
*This prefix must match the existing prefix configured at the dial pattern on the Manual Dialing Routes
