CommPeak Portal Updates
- The following pages have been updated to reflect the upgraded and improved Identities UI:
- A new section was added on making test calls: Making Test Calls.

TextPeak Updates
New Inbox Settings: Working Hours and Auto Replies
Two new Inbox Settings categories, Working Hours and Auto Replies, have been added as entries on the Inbox Settings landing page, along with brand-new pages describing this functionality:
Team and Sender Profile Restrictions
- The Team Management page now describes how each Inbox team can be restricted to a subset of approved WhatsApp templates.
- The Sender Profiles page now describes how to restrict sender profiles to specific teams and/or specific agents.
Expanded Conversation Filters
The conversation filter button now exposes a richer set of filters: channel & status filters (WhatsApp, SMS, Call permission, or Unassigned) and conversation state filters (Pending agent, Pending contact, and Failed message) on top of the existing ones. See the new table on Conversation Statuses.
Importing Contact Lists from a URL
When creating a contact list, you can now provide a URL to a remote CSV file (Google Drive, S3, etc.) instead of uploading a file. Once imported, the list can be re-synced from the URL on demand.
