New sign-up, login, and account security documentation
CommPeak Portal introduces a redesigned sign-up and login experience with Google or Microsoft social logins. The documentation now covers the email-first flows, password recovery via a recovery link, and the new Security settings section for managing social logins and passwords.

TextPeak
Omnichannel OTP and voice streams
Three new articles cover the new Omnichannel OTP feature and voice stream creation in TextPeak:
- OTP Service: Overview of the Omnichannel OTP Configurations page: a single endpoint delivering one-time passwords across SMS, WhatsApp, and Voice with a configurable failover chain.
- Creating OTP Configurations: Step-by-step setup guide covering channel configuration, rate limits, failover order, and recording themes.
- Creating Voice Streams: Instructions for setting up a voice stream for OTP delivery over a dedicated SIP account.
The existing Streams API articles have also been updated to cover the new voice stream functionality.
CommPeak Softphone
TURN, STUN, and Noise Suppression status indicators
Starting from v6.2.15, CommPeak Softphone displays Enabled/Disabled statuses for TURN, STUN, and Noise Suppression during an active call and in the call feedback form. If you experience poor call quality, the indicators help you identify the current settings so you can toggle them and improve the connection.

Configurable Auto-Answer delay
You can now set the Auto-Answer delay to 0–99 seconds, so incoming calls connect immediately without a ringtone delay. The Auto-Answer Calls and Making Calls articles reflect the updated behavior.

Recording access accounts: FTP option removed
CommPeak has updated the recording access documentation to reflect that FTP access to call recordings is no longer available for CommPeak Dialer and Cloud PBX: use the S3 protocol instead:

AMD detection modes documented
CommPeak has added a new section describing the currently available AMD detection modes, including the newest mode, AMD Strict, to both product guides:
