CommPeak Dialer Inbox
- VoIP and WhatsApp Calling: For Dialer customers, the Inbox now supports handling both VoIP and WhatsApp Business calls, allowing for seamless transitions between text and voice. Check the Making Inbox Calls page to learn more.

Speech to Text Upgrade
Comprehensive revisions have been applied to the Speech to Text suite of documentation. These updates provide clearer navigation for the Speech to Text functionality within the CommPeak Portal and streamlined workflows for:
- Transcript Management: Refined guides for Creating New Speech Transcripts.
- Data Retrieval: Optimized instructions for Viewing and Downloading Speech Transcripts.
Dialer & Cloud PBX
SMS & Messaging Guides Updates
Our core messaging documentation has been remastered to reflect the latest UI enhancements in the CommPeak Dialer and Cloud PBX interfaces.
- Visual Updates: All screenshots within the Messaging Channels sections (Dialer & Cloud PBX articles) have been replaced to showcase the new character counter and encoding detector.
- Technical Legends: Added detailed descriptions to the below articles regarding GSM vs. Unicode encoding and the logic behind the message assumption cost forecasting engine.
- New Procedures: Updated the following articles to include step-by-step instructions for the updated SMS template editor:

TextPeak
WhatsApp & TextPeak Inbox Integration
To support the expansion of the TextPeak Inbox, we have released extensive updates to our Agent and Admin guides:
- Conversation Management: Agent's Guide: Managing Conversations article now includes documentation for tracking Read marks for the outbound messages, getting voice and audio messages, utilizing the new 24-hour window filter, and sharing the conversation link.
- Media Handling: Updated the Messaging Inbox and Inbox User Management articles to reflect new administrative controls for document and media permissions.
- Developer References: The Working with Webhooks article now includes the note informing that if the WhatsApp Business stream is selected, the structure of the messages API is updated to include conversation data and WhatsApp data for both outbound and inbound conversation data.
- Log Analysis: Updated column descriptions in the Incoming and Outgoing Messages documentation to include WhatsApp Business-specific stream types and new filters support.
- Bulk Management: Added documentation for multiple selection and bulk deletion workflows in Contact Lists and Message Templates articles.
- API Keys: The access the API Keys page is now provided by default, so we removed the note "You must request access before you can manage your API keys" from the API Keys page.
