Move a Do Not Call (DNC) entry to the approved list.
When to use. Approve a single number so it is enforced on your DNC list. To approve many at once, use POST /dnc/mass.
Parameters. id (path): the ID of the DNC entry to approve.
Returns. HTTP 204 with no content. If the entry is already approved, the call still returns 204. Returns an error if no entry with that ID exists.
