NOTEChangelog entries now carry descriptive titles that reflect what changed, replacing the previous "Documentation and Developer Hub v1.9.7 Released" format. The version number and release date remain in the opening line of every entry.

CommPeak Portal
Unified Balance goes live on August 9
Starting August 9, 2026, your Voice and SMS balances merge into a single Unified Balance. The documentation was updated ahead of the change in v1.9.6, so balance figures, screenshots, and terminology already match the new portal experience.
