Phonebook

Create an alphabetical list of your contacts when using the standalone Softphone in CommPeak Dialer or Cloud PBX and quickly locate the one you need.

The CommPeak Softphone in the CommPeak Dialer and Cloud PBX provides a phonebook feature that displays an alphabetical list of names and phone numbers of contacts you have added.

To enter the phonebook, click Phonebook at the bottom of the screen.

Add Contacts

To add a new contact:

  1. Click the plus icon at the top-right.

  2. Enter contact details.

  3. Click Save.

Search

To find a contact, click the magnifying glass icon at the top-right.
