New signup video added

A new video is now available on the official CommPeak YouTube channel with step-by-step instructions on creating a CommPeak account using email or a Google or Microsoft login.

The Onboarding Guide: Registering on CommPeak Portal article now includes the new video and shows the Welcome screen.

Card Autocharge

CommPeak has updated the following pages to introduce the Card Autocharge feature and explain that credit card payments work as automatic refills only:
