Notification recipients and groups

The Notifications tab in Account settings no longer accepts one email address per notification type. You invite recipients, assign them to the Analytics & Monitoring, Service Updates & Renewals, and Billing & Invoicing groups, and every recipient confirms their own subscription before the first email goes out.

We rebuilt Notifications Settings around the new model. New sections cover invitation statuses, per-recipient time zone delivery, and how recipients manage their own subscription.

Two new FAQ articles answer the questions the new model raises:

Why Does My Recipient Show as Pending? explains the one-hour rule and how to resend an invitation.
Can I Resubscribe Someone Who Unsubscribed? explains why only the recipient can reverse their own unsubscribe.

Multi-number filtering on the DIDs Management page

The Number filter on DIDs > Management now supports multi-select search, and groups numbers by country. Select the numbers you need, narrow the table to those DIDs, and run one bulk action on all of them.

Verification calls from a randomly selected number

CommPeak now places verification test calls from a randomly selected number, and we removed the caller ID selector from the Verify External DID Number and Verify Phone Number windows. These articles set that expectation before you pick up the phone:
