What's New?

CommPeak Portal

• Updated the Configuring SIP Accounts article with a screenshot of the SIP Accounts page and column explanations of its table (including the Status column)
• Supplemented the Dynamic Caller ID Rules article with a note about unverified Dynamic Caller IDs not being available as selectable options in the SIP Accounts settings.

Documentation Enhancements:

CommPeak Dialer

• Added the note about managing blacklisted leads using our API to the Blacklists Management article
• Provided more details about the States Count column in Agents Performance Report.

TextPeak

Updated the screenshots and complete flows related to:

• Defining your workflow automation through the Shopify app store in the Shopify Integration article
