What's New?

Breadcrumbs Implementation is Complete!

  • We are excited to announce that we have finished rolling out the breadcrumbs functionality to all nested documents across the entire Documentation Portal!

This feature provides a clear, clickable path, for example:

Account Security > FAQs > How Do You Authenticate SIP Calls?

With breadcrumbs now fully implemented, navigating our entire documentation portal is significantly clearer and more efficient.

CommPeak Portal

CommPeak Dialer

  • On the Lead Search page, we replaced the screenshot with the Configure Columns window to let you know that we introduced another field, Network Type, to show if the lead phone is, for example, mobile / fixed (landline).
  • The Region Registration Users tab, where you can view the average ping and jitter values for the active users registered to the PBX region, was updated in the product, so we uploaded the current screenshots for the document.
  • The Search Bar article was complemented to describe a new feature - an AI bot that will search the documentation and directly show you the most relevant Documentation and Developer Hub articles.
  • The Manage Calling Days section was added to the document on customizing campaigns in CommPeak Dialer to inform you that you can now specify the days on which the call hour restrictions will apply.
  • Updated the Step 3: Scheduling Event section to mention the optional Manage Calling Days functionality for the following Messaging Channels articles:
  1. Creating Transactional Channels
  2. Creating Two Way SMS Channels .
  • Also, mentioned the Manage Calling Days functionality that can be used for WhatsApp sending hours in the Limiting the Sending Hours section.

Cloud PBX

  • We’ve also updated the screenshots to demonstrate the improved Region Registration Users tab UI for Cloud PBX Network Stats.
  • We updated the Navigation & Search article to inform you that your Cloud PBX instance now uses the AI bot in the search bar so that you can instantly access the correct information from the platform.
