Getting Started with Contacts
Learn how to prepare your contacts by managing contact lists, segments, and fields before creating your first messaging campaign
TIP
Before you start creating your first campaign, it is good to have contact lists ready.
To start, log in to TextPeak in your browser and click Contacts in the main menu on the left.

Managing Contact Lists
On the Contact Lists page, you can manage existing contact lists and add new ones by importing multiple contacts from files or connecting them from integrations.
You can also apply filters to search for needed lists or view, delete, or export the selected lists.

Segments page
In the Segments page, you can combine contacts from different lists by certain criteria.

Individual Contacts
The Individual Contacts page allows you to manage all your contacts and add single contacts to existing lists.

In the Contact Fields page, you can define the field names for mapping fields from your uploaded contact lists.
