What's New
CommPeak Dialer & Cloud PBX: New IVR Elements
We've added technical specifications for two new IVR elements: Private Number Identification and Personal Missed Calls now available in both CommPeak Dialer and Cloud PBX IVR flows.
Private Number Identification
Identifies incoming calls with private, anonymous, or hidden caller IDs. Administrators can choose to allow or block these calls. See:
Personal Missed Call
Categorizes a call as "missed" when an agent doesn't answer due to a timeout or abandons the call. The status is triggered only when the total call duration exceeds three seconds. See:
CommPeak Dialer: AMD for Click2Call
The updated Click2Call Integrations Overview page now reflects that Answering Machine Detection (AMD) is active for Click2Call. See the page for configuration details and updated interface screenshots.
To prevent agents from connecting to recordings, the system now disconnects both call legs and logs a 480 error code when an answering machine is detected. We've added a detailed explanation of the 480 (Normal Unspecified) error code, including its relationship to the AMD trigger, to the troubleshooting article.

Network Monitor – Pinger
- Network Monitor – Pinger has been upgraded to a new system. The transition is entirely seamless and requires no action on customers' part - users will simply notice a refreshed look and feel in the user interface.
DID Numbers
The following technical guides have been updated to reflect the current DID > Management interface we announced recently:

- DID Reports: updated data visualization and reporting parameters
