Guide to IVR Elements with the essential rules for building error-free IVR flows. This guide ensures your IVR designs are logical, efficient, and aligned with system behavior. Note that sending email and sending Telegram options are not available at the moment, but coming soon.
Messaging Channels (PBX) section with six new articles was published.

Introduced a new section Operating Web-Based Softphone Widget, featuring articles on every aspect of using the web-based CommPeak Softphone widget.
Also, added a new section with comprehensive guides to using CommPeak Softphone with JWT-enabled SIP accounts: Operating the Built-In Softphone for SIP Accounts.

The Navigation & Search article was updated to explain how to use the updated navigation search bar.
