CommPeak Portal: Account Settings redesign

The following pages have been updated with new screenshots and revised instructions to reflect the latest CommPeak Portal redesign:

• Help & Support: Includes the refreshed Call us section, plus the full range of support options: ticket submission, live chat, phone, WhatsApp messaging, and remote assistance.
• Account Refund: Reflects the current refund request flow, including reason selection, payment specification, refund destination, and status tracking.
• Profile: Covers personal details, company information, and communication preferences in Account Settings.
• Account: Updates on the personal and company account data and billing address.
• Notifications Settings: Explains about the notification types, recipients, and delivery preferences for account events such as balance warnings, usage reports, and rate updates.
• Authorized Applications: Reviews active third-party authorizations such as CRMs and automation tools.
