My CommPeak Portal

• Account Management:

We added a new article for the Close Account feature. This setting is located under the Help and Support tab in the Portal.

New Dialer Video Resources

• Dialer Calling Options:

A new video guide, Scheduled, Predictive, and Manual Calls, is published on our YouTube channel.

This video tutorial is also added to our Agent Guide manual and demonstrates various calling configurations to assist agents in managing outbound operations including information on the updated Agent Workspace.

CommPeak Softphone

We have significantly updated the documentation to cover the following new features and interface improvements across the different CommPeak Softphone versions.

• Predefined Dialing Prefixes:

New documentation details how to use prefixes directly from the destination bar to manage international or departmental routing. Reference the updated guides for the Standalone CommPeak Softphone, Built-in CommPeak Softphone, and Web-Based Softphone Widget.

• Fresh Call History UI and Intelligent Grouping:

We redesigned our docs to describe the updated History tabs that now match mobile standards with intelligent grouping that arranges calls under date-based TODAY, YESTERDAY, and OLDER headers. Each entry includes attempt counts, location labels, timestamps, and SIP account details.

Also, our documentation now describes how the CommPeak Softphone groups multiple missed calls from the same contact to reduce list clutter and shows the modernised Call Info.

SIP Trunking

• Real-Time HD Call Detection:

Added a note about the improved HD marker that confirms superior voice clarity by identifying codecs in real-time.
