WebCall Widget: Check out the new article explaining the WebCall Widget, detailing how this feature enables in-page VoIP calls directly from your website.

We've added new guides and updated existing articles to enhance CommPeak Softphone usability and troubleshooting:

Quick Launch Option: A new document describes how to access the Web-based Softphone via our newly introduced Softphone Chrome Application using a quick launch bookmark. The link to this feature was also added to the Web-Based Making Calls article.
Third-Party Softphone Registration: Two new articles provide step-by-step instructions on how to register your CommPeak Dialer or Cloud PBX user account in third-party softphones:

New Connectivity Metric: We updated the Tech Details pages in both the standalone and web-based versions of the Softphone. They now display a dedicated Internet Ping/Jitter metric to help users quickly distinguish between a local internet issue and a server-side connectivity issue.

This release focuses on upgrading the user interface for a better browsing experience:

Modern UI Cards: Docs pages now feature interactive and modern-looking cards for improved visual organization.
FAQ Pages Redesign: The style and layout of the FAQ pages have been updated for a fresh, clean look.
Glossary Expansion: We added more new technical terms to the Glossary list, including VLAN and UPnP.
