A user clicks on the Click2Call hyperlink, but a phone call is not placed.
Solution
To troubleshoot the situation when your click on the Click2Call hyperlink does not initiate a phone call:
Step 1: Double-Check the Link You Are Using
The link you are using should be valid and correct.
Step 2: Make Sure Your IP is Whitelisted
Refer to the PBX IP ACL Settings article to learn how to whitelist your IPs for Click2Call.
