IP Addresses and Port Ranges for CommPeak's Classic PBX

This article outlines the IP addresses and port ranges required for configuring CommPeak Classic PBX, including guidelines for firewall settings.

Ports Required for Using the Classic PBX

IMPORTANT
For using your classic PBX, please disable SIP ALG on your firewall.
You can find the IP address of your classic PBX server at CommPeak Portal > Cloud PBX > PBX Instances.

For your PBX server, we recommend opening firewall ports with any/any rules. Alternatively, you can open the following ports:

5060 TCP & UDP
5061 TCP
10000-32767 UDP
8089 TCP
443 TCP
80 TCP

Make sure to add the IP address of your PBX server as well.
