CommPeak Portal

To improve the user onboarding process and maintain high security standards, we have updated the documentation for Identities. It is now explicitly required that a CommPeak Account have at least one verified identity to be fully operational.

Users should refer to the Onboarding Guide: Registering on CommPeak Portal to ensure all mandatory setup steps are completed.

Navigation & Search:

We have conducted a full audit and refresh of the Dialer Navigation and Search guide.
