Enhanced Security: AES-256 Encryption for Click2Call

A comprehensive guide, Click2Call: Secure Leg-B Encryption Guide, is now available to let you know that we have introduced a new security protocol for Click2Call integrations. Users can now utilize AES-256 (Advanced Encryption Standard) to encrypt phone numbers (Leg-B), preventing them from being visible during transmission or in server logs.

Additionally, we have updated the Click2Call Integrations Overview pages for the following products to include decryption steps, screenshots, and error handling documentation (specifically the 501 error code: Failed Decrypting leg B):

• CommPleak Dialer and
• Cloud PBX .

SMS Template Management Improvements

Managers now have granular control over SMS templates. You can mark templates as Public for agent use while restricting their ability to edit the text.
