What's New?
In this release, we are introducing an enhanced documentation upgrade that takes full advantage of upgraded MDX capabilities including interactive API documentation and revolutionary Ask AI functionality.Stay assured that no critical information has been removed - it has just been taken to the next level to serve our customers best.
CommPeak Portal
- Introduced the upgraded Ask AI functionality: you can now get instant answers about CommPeak products using the Ask AI Assistant tool. This feature is available for the company Documentation, API Reference, and Changelog pages.
CommPeak Dialer
- A new, Creating a New Event section was added to the Creating WhatsApp Business Channels article to describe setup of a new caller ID and the steps to make sure the event (template) with "call permission request" has beens added on Meta.
- Added information on a new Click2Call type, WhatsApp Calls, used to made outgoing calls via active WhatsApp Caller IDs to the Dialer Click-to-Call Integrations article.
Cloud PBX
- A new Click2Call type, WhatsApp Calls that is used to made outgoing calls via active WhatsApp Caller IDs to the Cloud PBX was described in the Click2Call Integrations article.
- A new section, Creating a New Event section was added to the Creating WhatsApp Business Channels article to describe the entire event creation flow.
Documentation Enhancements:
CommPeak Dialer
- Updated information in the Creating WhatsApp Business Channels article introducing the Add Caller ID action (available only for WhatsApp Business) used to add a new Caller ID to the channel.
- The Inbound Configurations article was updated featuring the actual UI of the main index page to show that now, Caller IDs are showed with type indicator (campaign, did and whatsapp). Also, IVRs are now connected to WhatsApp caller IDs and can be deleted only after the caller ID is deleted.
Cloud PBX
- Updated the Inbound Configurations article to introduce the upgraded main index page that shows Caller IDs with type indicators (campaign, did and whatsapp). Also, IVRs are now connected to WhatsApp caller IDs and can be deleted only after the caller ID is deleted.
CommPeak Softphone
- Updated the following Softphone documents highlighting a new feature, TURN (available starting from Softphone v.6.2.8) for the following Softphone versions:
