Ticket Replies Inside CommPeak Portal, Three New Messaging Pages, and Refreshed Screenshots
October 16th, 2026 by Galyna Abramovych
Support tickets are now read and answered inside CommPeak Portal, and the Messaging section gains three new pages. v2.1.2 of the Documentation and Developer Hub documents both, live as of October 16, 2026.
What's New?
CommPeak Portal
Support tickets answered in the portal
Tickets open, reply and comment on the portal's own ticket pages along with the ones in the support chat widget. The ticket card carries the full conversation, and replies post from that same page.
- My Tickets: rewritten around the updated in-portal ticket view, covering replies, comments and the ticket card.
Messaging campaigns, channels and the OTP Verification API
The portal's Messaging section gains three pages covering the messaging features available to a CommPeak Portal account. Each one points to the matching TextPeak documentation for the configuration steps.
- Messaging Campaigns: what a campaign sends, and where to build one.
- Channels (Streams): the channel types a portal account can open.
- OTP Verification API: one-time passwords over SMS, WhatsApp and Voice from a single endpoint.

Refreshed screenshots and corrected menu paths
More images were recaptured, mostly animated GIFs. Article texts naming the old paths were corrected at the same time.
