What’s New?

This week, we are excited to announce a complete redesign of the Onboarding Dashboard, that introduces a mandatory four-step verification flow for all new CommPeak Portal accounts.

Immediate Connectivity: Upon successful completion of these steps, the system will automatically provision a SIP account, enabling users to perform an immediate test call.
