We’re excited to announce the release of v1.6.2 of our Documentation and Developer Hub live as of December 05, 2025.

This update focuses heavily on structural improvements to enhance content discoverability and navigation.

Key Structural Updates:

To make the existing hub content more useful and easier to navigate, we implemented modern documentation best practices, focusing on usability and SEO strategy:

Standardized Internal Linking: We ensured that every relevant answer contains a link to the primary source document. We now consistently use descriptive anchor text for all internal links, improving context and navigation.
Improved the Portal Glossary Utilization: We improved user experience and reinforced the Glossary page's authority by internally linking many terms used in the main documentation back to their definitions in the Glossary.
Expanded Glossary: We also extended the documentation Portal Glossary list by adding several new technical terms, including PoP, S3 Browser, TLS, HTTP endpoint, Rate cap, JsSIP, CDN, WSS, DNS, QoS, GRE, TCP, UDP, KYC, URI, SBC, DNIS, FQDN, ISDN, ANI, DNIS, SMSC, and others.
