What's New?

CommPeak Softphone

• Added the section on a new feature introduced with Softphone v.6.2.7, TEL protocol support, which allows you to click on the phone link directly in the web browser of your Windows or Mac OS and then dial via the CommPeak softphone.

Documentation Enhancements:

CommPeak Portal

• Improved and made the Requesting Refund article clearer by additionally emphasizing that refunds are only returned to the original payment source (bank account, PayPal, or wallet address).

SIP Trunking

• Updated the CommPeak Speed Test article to let you know that the Packet loss percentage parameter was moved to the CommPeak Connectivity Performance block.
• Also, added the information on the possibility to restart the CommPeak Connectivity Performance test by choosing a new server location from the drop-down menu in the top right.

TextPeak

• We’ve also updated the TextPeak Contacts guides with new screenshots to match the latest product UI improvements.
