Verify a Caller ID with the code from the verification call

https://api.commpeak.com/portal/allowed_caller_ids/verify

Submits the verification code read out by the verification call. The Caller ID is identified either by its id or by its cli (E.164). After 5 wrong codes a new verification call must be requested. Returns 404 when the Caller ID is not found and 422 with errors when the code is wrong.
