Documentation and Developer Hub v1.4.1 Released - 11/07/2025

What's New?

CommPeak Dialer

  • Added a new section, Inbound SIP Traffic ACL to the Inbound Configurations article to announce that customers who have their DIDs obtained from external providers can now limit and manage access to certain providers and choose to redirect incoming calls directly to their Dialer.
  • Introduced a new Translation (EN) tab, where you can view the automatically translated Speech2Text results into English in the Call Records List Report article; also, updated the screenshot to illustrate the upgraded Summary tab with automated call summary and rank description.
  • Added a description of the new Add Translation option, the toggle to activate the automatic translation to English for all the Speech2Text results to the Speech Recognition Management article.

Cloud PBX

  • Added a description of the new Translation (EN) tab, where you can view the automatically translated Speech2Text results into English in the Call Records List Report article. Also, updated the screenshot to show the upgraded Summary tab that features automated call summary and ranking.

Documentation Enhancements:

CommPeak Portal

  • Added a description of the Support user role to the Users article.

CommPeak Dialer

  • Updated the IVR Settings article with a screenshot of the upgraded IVR Settings tab and provided the description of how to configure the IVR Global Settings and Inbound Route Options fields: also, specified using the Restrict by Call Origin filter to permit only calls from a designated origin, like a domain or IP address, to access this IVR flow.
  • Improved the Dispatch Leads Automation (Incoming Request Global Adapter) article by updating information about configuring Import Groups rules and added the description of the Sync Settings options explaining the benefits of incoming intervals and how to enable them.

VoIP Service

  • Updated the number to be used for self-testing the echo and DTMF functionality in the Running an Echo and DTMF Test article - now it's 07777712125552665 ; also, added the note that *13 must be used to perform testing for echo and DTMF functionality from CommPeak Dialer / Classic PBX / Cloud PBX.

TextPeak

  • Enhanced the Starting with TextPeak article adding a note that a user gets TextPeak credentials (a username/email and password) during their account setup process.
