Cloud PBX

• Guided Provisioning: We have launched a new technical guide: Requesting a New PBX Instance. This article provides a step-by-step walkthrough of our new intelligent questionnaire within the CommPeak Portal, designed to capture your specific requirements and accelerate the deployment of your PBX services.
• Multimedia Integration (In Progress): To further support our visual learners, a high-definition company YouTube video tutorial for the PBX request process is currently in production and will be integrated into the documentation shortly.
