CommPeak Portal

• Introduced a new YouTube video that provides instructions on how you can request a refund in your CommPeak account. The video was added to the Requesting Refund article and also to the Video Tutorials section of My CommPeak Portal landing page.

CommPeak Dialer

• Another video tutorial, Introduction to Campaign Rules, was published in the company YouTube channel and added to the dedicated Campaign Rules article to help you understand campaign rules and learn how rule conditions and actions work. The video was also linked to the Video Tutorials section of CommPeak Dialer landing page.

• A new document, WhatsApp Calls, dives deep into a new Click2Call type, WhatsApp Calls, the feature that lets you handle inbound and outbound WhatsApp calls directly from the CommPeak Dialer, using Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

Cloud PBX

• A new page was created where you can find details on how your agents can make and receive WhatsApp calls directly from the Cloud PBX without needing to switch between applications.

• Updated two more Softphone documents highlighting a new feature, TURN (available starting from Softphone v.6.2.8) for the following Softphone versions:
