What's New?

CommPeak Portal

• Added three new articles to the VoIP Services FAQs section:
  • What Ports to Allow for CommPeak VoIP Services?
  • What to Do if Port 5061 is Blocked?
  • Important Note: Third-Party Applications Usage.

TextPeak

• Created an article titled Can I Set up Auto-Messaging with TextPeak on CommPeak Classic PBX? to describe a new feature that allows auto-messaging with Classic PBX and TextPeak.

Cloud PBX

• Introduced a remastered Cloud PBX section with a clear subdivision into subsections, with the articles organized to better align with the product UI.
• Added a new overview article to introduce the Cloud PBX Admin Tools menu section.

Classic PBX

• Made minor updates to the Classic PBX doc section structure by restructuring several subsections and rearranging and beautifying the existing articles.
• Created a new article to answer the question Can I Set up Auto-Messaging on the Classic PBX Using TextPeak?.

Documentation Enhancements:

CommPeak Dialer

• Updated the Getting Started guide with new setup instructions.
• Added short explanations or notes, new screenshots, and links to the following pages to highlight the upgraded login options that support SAML OAuth:
  • Secure Login Options
  • External Identity Providers Login Options
  • FreshSales / FreshWorks Click2Call
  • HubSpot Click2Call.
• Improved the Alerts on Password Reset Requests article by adding the note "Please contact support if the agent doesn't see the reset password option".

Cloud PBX

• Complemented the below articles by adding notes, updated screenshots, and links to the Secure Login Options page to introduce the SAML OAuth login options:
  • Secure Login Options
  • External Identity Providers Login Options
  • FreshSales / FreshWorks Click2Call
  • HubSpot Click2Call.

PBX Stats

• Updated the Configuring Inbound Call Routes in PBX article to provide the current login flow instructions.
