In this release, we are introducing an improved documentation structure that promotes clarity, enhanced usability, and improved search experience.

Stay assured that no critical information has been removed - it has just been rearranged to serve our customers best.

CommPeak Portal

• Restructured the Getting Started section to simplify onboarding for new customers and added two new articles to introduce them to the CommPeak Portals' web interface and provide clear instructions on their first steps with CommPeak services:
  • CommPeak Portal Overview
  • My CommPeak Home: Dashboard
• Removed the VoIP Service, DID Numbers, Speech to Text, and SMS Service sections from the main documentation tree and rearranged them under the CommPeak Portal section to better assist in navigating the platform resources, avoid duplicates and unnecessary redirects. Please refer to the pages below to see what they look like now:

• Added two new videos explaining how to create identities to the following articles (with updating the CommPeak User Portal Video Tutorials and CommPeak DID Numbers Video Tutorials pages):

• Introduced a remastered Billing & Payments section that now has a clear subdivision into subsections with the articles that can answer any questions you might have related to your CommPeak account spending and payments:
  • Adding & Managing Credit
  • Payment Methods & History
  • Usage & Monitoring

SIP Trunking

• Reworked the articles on configuring SIP accounts and other related pages to introduce an updated section named SIP Trunking. This section is designed to help in differentiating the information about managing VoIP Services directly from your CommPeak account and what options you have if you prefer registering your SIP account with a third-party application or by using an IP phone.

Documentation Enhancements:

TextPeak

• Updated a section on Inbox Statistics featuring articles explaining how to access TextPeak Inbox statistical data
• Updated the Creating OTP Streams article featuring a new option in the OTP code generation setup to limit the number of message attempts by client IP: Number of messages per client IP.
