A Rebuilt Realtime System Status Article, Live Service Status, and Sortable Tables
Check service health before opening a ticket: a rebuilt Realtime System Status article in v2.1.3 of the Documentation and Developer Hub, live as of October 23, 2026, with the live status now shown on the page.

Realtime System Status rebuilt around the four status tabs
A status card at the top of the article shows the current state of CommPeak services, so a reader can see what is operational without opening the CommPeak Status Page first. The article itself follows the status page as it stands today: the Overview tab and its resource groups, the Incidents tab, Scheduled Events, and Subscribe. It covers the 90-day uptime bars, subscribing to a single Dialer region or SIP server rather than to everything, and changing or cancelling a subscription later.
- Realtime System Status: rewritten around the four tabs, resource-level subscriptions, and subscription management.
Reference tables that sort, filter, and download
Long reference lists in 51 articles now read as interactive tables: click the first column header to sort the rows, type in the filter box above any table of 10 rows or more to narrow the list, and download a table as a CSV file named after its page. Each table shows up to 25 rows at a time.
NOTENot every table changed. Tables shorter than seven rows, tables that hold screenshots or step lists, and tables shared by several articles use the standard layout.
More screenshots recaptured
The screenshot refresh that began in v2.1.2 continued this week. So, more pages elsewhere in the documentation picked up new captures.
