Improved

ReadMe Breadcrumbs, Redesigned Cards, and Updated Email Screenshots

v2.1.1 of the Documentation and Developer Hub went live on October 9, 2026, and the first thing to notice is ReadMe's own breadcrumb trail on every page.

What's New?

Documentation and Developer Hub

Breadcrumbs now come from ReadMe

The custom breadcrumb trail has been removed from every page and ReadMe's native breadcrumb component has taken its place. The trail reads straight from the navigation tree, so a page that moves to a different section shows its new path without a manual edit.

NOTE

Page URLs did not change. Existing links and bookmarks still resolve to the same articles.

Cards redesigned for the current docs theme

Every article card now follows one design matched to the current docs theme, in border, arrow, icon color and background, and rows hold two or three cards. The animation that made cards jump as a page loaded has been removed.

Email screenshots recaptured on the new templates

The CommPeak product emails were redesigned, which left the docs showing a template customers no longer receive. Every article that pictures one of those emails has been recaptured, covering CommPeak Dialer, Cloud PBX, CommPeak Softphone, TextPeak, SIP Trunking and CommPeak Portal.

Page metadata completed

Articles that went out with empty SEO fields now carry a title and a description of their own. Search engines and the section indexes at llms.txt read those fields, so a page's search result and its index entry now describe that page rather than falling back to the site-wide blurb.

Home and API Reference fixes

A round of fixes on the two pages that shipped on October 2, covering layout at narrow widths and the components that kept their light-mode colors when the theme was dark.
