Call Widget Header IVR Integration

We have introduced a new Call Widget Header element within our IVR suite. This update allows inbound web calls -initiated via the CommPeak WebCall Widget - to be routed directly into predefined IVR logic. This ensures a seamless transition from web-based customer touchpoints to your Dialer or Cloud PBX workflows.

To support this rollout, we have updated our technical guides with comprehensive instructions on configuring these elements:
